What the role entails:

*Business Development to foster new business relationships with clients

*Sourcing relevant talent that meet the recruitment needs of our Corporate Clients

*Selling on multiple levels throughout the recruitment process and negotiating salaries

*Coordinating interviews and mediating throughout the entire process

*Producing marketing materials: writing job advertisements, building your presence on different types of social media

What we're looking for:

*Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English languages (written and verbal)

*Knowledge of Estonian, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish language would be a definite advantage but is not essential

*University degree (preferred disciplines: Psychology, Sociology, Law, Marketing, Business Studies)

*Resilience and perseverance

*A strong work ethic pushing you to go the extra mile in order to reap the rewards
