An experienced Dynamics CRM Administrator is required for a growing retailer in central Leeds. CRM is a vital part of their operations, and they are in need of a new System Administrator to maintain their Dynamics CRM system. The system is vital to keep track of their membership and to keep members updated and active.
You will be responsible for every aspect of the CRM System including user adoption, troubleshooting, training, upgrades, liaising with Developers, data cleansing, reporting and running queries. It would suit someone who has previously worked with Dynamics CRM and would like an involved role to take full ownership of a CRM system.
The ideal candidate will be:
* An experienced Dynamics CRM Administrator
* Experienced in the functionality of Dynamics CRM
* Technical understanding will be an advantage
