Business Systems Analyst
Rotherham
Salary depending on experience
Spring Technology are seeking a Business Systems Analyst for our market leading client based in Rotherham.
As the Business Systems Analyst you will be working closely with the development team to help upgrade their current systems to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
The project is focused around strengthening and improving the companies business processes, data management and shaping the way the business will operate in the future by creating a unified data model.
The main responsibilities are:
*Detailed capture of business processes
*Assisting with the system design
*Production of detailed and structured system documentation
*Utilisation of the out of the box functionality of Dynamics 365 CRM, to create business functionality.
*Provide test scripts and carry out comprehensive system testing
*Deliver system training to users as part of the modular implementation plan.
*Detailed and comprehensive knowledge transfer to BAU.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
*Proven track record as a BA working within a software development project
*Experience of successfully taking an evolutionary architecture approach to software development
*Experience within an Agile environment
*Familiar with the Microsoft stack, Office 365, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365
