Infrastructure Support Engineer (Windows XenDesktop Azure Networking). You will be facing daily technical challenges, taking ownership of issues and seeing them through to resolution.

Leading technology service provider within the financial space is seeking an Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide BAU infrastructure support in line with ITIL Incident, Problem and Change processes. You'll be dealing with escalations from service desk teams, leading the initial technical response of major incidents and be involved in mentoring more junior members of staff.

Requirements:

*Experience as an Infrastructure Support Engineer with server experience

*Must be certified in at least one of the following: MCSE certificate, VMware Certified Professional certificate, Citrix Certified Professional, Citrix Certified Network Professional or similar

*Good knowledge of the Microsoft Windows technology stack including Active Directory, Desktop, Windows Server

*Experience in XenDesktop and Azure highly desirable

*Knowledge of Networking, Virtualisation, Powershell

*Excellent communication skills
