Linux Engineer (Ubuntu Debian C++ Bash Shell). Successful, global provider of data protection solutions is seeking a talented Linux Engineer to join their Development team. Working across the full development lifecycle, you will design and develop high quality security software components within an embedded environment, utilising C++ and Linux technology.

As a Linux Engineer, joining a collaborative, Agile team, you will develop and maintain Linux based operating systems and work on Linux Distributions with a focus on security. You will be responsible for delivering products to the highest level of quality, therefore providing an exceptional experience to the company's diverse range of clients (including government defence and financial institutions).

Requirements:

*Strong Low Level Linux knowledge (Ubuntu or Debian)

*Linux scripting skills (Bash, Shell)

*C++ development skills

*Degree educated in Computer Science or similar

*Excellent communication skills

*Desirable: Daemon, Kernel, security infrastructure
