Ui Designer / Digital Designer

Location: Leeds City centre

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced UI Designer to join our Digital Experience team based in Leeds city centre! You will be working with a passionate and progressive team of designers, marketers and developers to deliver world-class digital experiences. Balancing the needs of global brands and their audiences to deliver a range of solutions from big ideas through to user journeys and design systems.

The day to day

*Design fine-tuned UI that is both beautiful and functional

*Lead the visual design on a range of projects and have a real say in the direction of the work

*Translating wireframes, sketches and input from cross-functional teams into creative and memorable brand experiences

*Work closely with internal and external developers to translate interactions and design requirements to development

*You'll participate in and lead design workshops, reviews and sprints

*You won't be afraid to be challenged, take on ideas and turn to others for inspiration

*Being the guru and expert on everything design. Keep abreast of new developments, techniques, platforms and technologies and share best practices

*Accurate scoping and estimating of all UI tasks and projects

*You have a passion for conceptual creative, a genuine desire to improve, and a collaborative work style

*Production of low & high fidelity prototypes

Experience & capabilities

*Minimum 2+ years of experience designing digital user interfaces for leading brands

*2+ years of experience leading UI design on projects

*Exceptional portfolio of digital design and creative brand execution

*Working knowledge of digital style guides and atomic design

*A master of Adobe CC & Sketch
