Business Process Analyst - Compliance / regulatory

We are actively looking to secure 2 experienced Business Analyst's to join Experis.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to take a key role in managing the effective ownership of end-to-end business analysis and requirements management within our clients digital delivery programme. Initially focusing on SOX compliance project, the successful candidate will ideally have experience of GDPR, PCI regulation or SOX compliance, be comfortable working with technical teams, possess proactivity, great attention to detail and the have ability to multi-task.
Essential Key Skills and Background:
* Exceptional communicator, comfortable facilitating workshops to gather and communicate requirements from a variety of stakeholders
* IT Process Mapping experience using BPMN to capture the 'AS IS', Gap Analysis and define the 'To Be
* Strong mix of technical skills and solid business acumen
* Passion for Agile ways of working, and have experience of delivering high quality software to pre-defined deadlines within Agile framework(s)
* The Business Analyst will not expected to be a solutionising SME, however you will be expected to grasp the fundamentals of our clients technology platforms and be able to communicate proposed technical solutions to senior stakeholders from across the business.
* Background in traditional Business Analysis techniques, with regards to requirements gathering and gap analysis.
* Comfortable driving very compliance-led projects, and in particular an understanding of GDPR, SOX or PCI regulation is desirable.
* Can work proactively to resolve project issues and mitigate project risks.
* Demonstrable experience of using relevant documenting and diagramming techniques, such as Process Flow, Use Cases, User Stories, User Journeys, Acceptance Criteria.
What you'll do:
* Report into the Head of Infrastructure Programme, and working with Agile Delivery Managers (ADMs), the Business Analyst will help to define and deliver technology led projects within the Infrastructure and Security Teams.
* The Agile Business Analyst will capture complex, compliance-orientated business requirements and translate them into concise, precise and actionable pieces of work.
* Work closely with the ADM to gather, understand and prioritise new requirements and run requirements gathering/definition workshops
* Facilitate workshops and elaborate work items to ensure a common understanding of the success criteria/goals.
* Be able to translate/analyse system to system interactions in order to produce user stories and acceptance criteria for iterative delivery.
* Collaborate and interact with multi-disciplined development teams, ensuring that there is a clear understanding of what is being delivered.
