An experienced Bid Writer is required for a global business that operates within the Property Maintenance sector. Located in North West London, the successful candidate will be working in a stand alone role, but will have support from colleagues working within the Business Development team. The Role:

- Delivery of tailored proposals

- Completion of Pre-Qualification documentation

- Working with other companys teams (at times) and contributing to the business development process

- Develop and support the culture of collaboration and commitment in delivering quality services and outcomes

- Assist with research which may be required to compile a written submission

- Using innovative thinking to ensure the promotion of the key items / issues within the tender proposal

- Ability to assimilate technical and operational information into clear, concise bid and proposal documentation

- Understanding the key business drivers, incorporating them, where relevant, within tender proposals

- Maintenance and review of the company data management system, enabling the leadership team to have a greater understanding of the expected market conditions

Experience:

- Previous bid and/or proposal writing experience

- Preferably sector experience and an understanding of customer procuring procedures

- A creative approach and ability to manage multiple priorities

- The ability to perform under pressure and work towards challenging deadlines

- A confident and clear writing style

- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project, Adobe In Design and

- Experience of other desktop publishing packages
