An exciting opportunity to help the University move to the next level of maturity of programme, project and change management. Joining a newly formed central University Change Team, responsible for implementing portfolio management for major projects, you will have the opportunity to influence the establishment of this function.
We are looking for individuals with the skills, experience and motivation to be a success and a passion to make a difference. You will play a leading role in elevating the University’s capability and performance in change management across the breadth of the institution, helping to increase adoption and ensuring initiatives deliver on benefits.
Responsible for providing specialist hands-on change management guidance, you will coach and support those leading and delivering change. You will plan and lead on change activity that relate to the entire portfolio including change events and targeted communication.
Experience of significant change management initiatives is essential. You will have experience of senior stakeholder management as well as coaching and mentoring at all levels.
