Relationship Manager - Technical Account Manager - O365 - SharePoint - One Drive - Exchange - Customer Success Manager - Customer Facing - Corporate Technical Partner - Stakeholder Management - Cloud Adoption Promotion / Implementation - MS Office - Fast Track

My client, a global technology organisation are seeking a Relationship Manager with a Technical Account Management background (specifically Office 365) to ensure Customer Partners understand and utilise the Fast Track programmes benefits to the maximum.

You will drive be expected to build close relationships with the relevant stakeholders within your partner organisations and to deliver advice and guidance regarding Microsoft 365 deployment and adoption.

You will be tasked with gaining an understanding of your partners business and technology needs, decision-making structure, sales and delivery processes, partner satisfaction and anything else that help to establish their status as a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and lead a specific set of partners to deliver technical and adoption activities to joint customers

* Understand the partner eco-system within our organisation and help your partners leverage it for their success within the program

* Understand your partner's business values and goals and influence them to change their business process to be more effective in driving M365 deployment

* Develop, foster and maintain effective partner relationships maintaining customer & partner satisfaction

* Provide continual feedback for the processes and entire deployment cycle

* Be recognized as a Microsoft Leader and evangelist for Microsoft 365 and partner ecosystem

Key Skills:

* Cloud adoption competency: Possess the knowledge and personal conviction to articulate why the cloud and Microsoft 365 is a transformational industry change

* Competent communicator with the ability to deliver training, readiness and change information to different internal and external audiences

* Microsoft 365 technical competency: Possess level 200 knowledge of Microsoft 365 services

* Strong experience in working with people a cross functions and geographies team

* Project management and / or ITIL certifications

* Fluent English is a must with an additional European language as a nice to have
