Lead Developer - C# ASP.NET

I have recently partnered with a really exciting tech start up with multiple offices around the UK who are looking for a Lead Software Developer to head up one of their growing teams.

This is a really exciting and varied role where you'll be dealing with new challenges every day. You will head up multiple projects and take a leading role within the organisation, helping to shape the future of the business.

There's a great team dynamic and they're really looking forward to welcoming their new recruit.

Whilst this role will involve people management, you will also have a very hands on role when it comes to backend development.

Tech:

C#, NoSQL, JavaScript, ASP.NET, AWS or Azure, MVC, Web APIs, RESTful architecture

Requirements;

* Experience working as a senior software developer/software engineer/backend developer/full stack developer/lead developer

* Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment, where you will work on multiple projects at once

* Passion to create high quality code

* People management experience

* Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will be working with key stakeholders both internally and externally on a regular basis.

* Knowledge and experience of complex requirement gathering

* Travel across the South West, London, and Europe from time to time

* A background in communications, video streaming, broadcasting or similar industry is not essential but would be advantageous

* Experience working on a cloud platform would be beneficial e.g. Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud
