1st Line Support Engineer - Entry Level Opportunity

Our client is a leading software provider that creates products for the construction and field service industry. They are now looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their friendly team.

As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will:

- Provide a high level of software support to customers via the telephone, email and live chat

- Focus on providing excellent customer service

- Escalate technical issues when required

Interested?

To be considered as a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will need:

- A strong technical understanding of Windows

- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills

- The ability to work as part of a busy team and build positive relationships with customers

- A proven analytical approach to troubleshooting

Previous helpdesk and/or IT experience would be beneficial to your application, but this isn’t essential.

Other companies may call this role Customer Support Advisor, 1st Line Support Technician, Technical Support Advisor, Service Desk Advisor, IT Helpdesk Technician or IT Support Technician.
