A Pioneering & Innovative Bristol Business, is looking for a Network Design Engineer. You will be based at the spine of business, working on Network & Datacentre Designs for Enterprise & Global Clients.

Having a strong background in enterprise datacentre deployments will help enhance your profile, and certainly make you stand out against the crowd. As well as a proven track record in great customer service and delivery. Excellent communication skills, accompanied with the ability to work in a high pressure, dynamic and rapidly growing environment, are attributes which we want to see.

Your network & datacentre design skills, will be imperative to helping the Network Operations Team, consisting of very capable Network Engineers. Where you will ensure hosted facilities are operating effectively, whilst promoting the use of latest technologies across the team and business.

The following skills are required. However, the company will not expect you to have outstanding experience within each category, and will help to provide daily support in areas of weakness;

* Cisco Datacentre Network Design.

* Network Routing, Switching & Firewalls.

* Network Security (ASA firewalls, IDS/IPS).

You will join in a high responsibility and business critical role, therefore lead all network related projects as well as representing the team in companywide meetings.
