ASP.Net Developer

We are recruiting for an ASP.Net Developer to join a FTSE 250 engineering and support services organisation based in Bristol/Keynsham. Within the solutions team you will deliver collaborative solutions for use by the entire UK defence maritime enterprise. You will be part of a business who provide engineering assurance, information management and business solutions to the Royal Navy.

You will be a core member of the development team contributing in the design and development of innovative software solutions. Your key responsibilities will be:

* Develop web based applications in ASP.Net

* Participate in projects to implement and integrate bespoke software solutions

* Work with project owners, stakeholders and technical teams to deliver customer focused solutions

* Translate requirements, user cases and storyboards into functional applications

* Ensure code reuse and efficiency are taken into account in the design

* Ensure solutions have been verified and accepted prior to deployment

We are looking for someone with experience in the full development lifecycle with a passion for software development. Experience and skills required:

* You must have proven experience as an ASP.Net Developer

* Experience in one or more of the following libraries/frameworks;

* MVC

* Entity framework

* SQL Server
