Microsoft Dynamics NAV Support Analyst, Manchester- up to £35,000

I am working with an internationally recognised MS Gold partner who are the leading solution specialists in their Market, prominent in over 70 countries. We are actively seeking out a proven Dynamics NAV Support Analyst to join their expanding and ambitious support team.

The primary focus of this role will be on multiple Dynamics NAV implementation and upgrade projects with a vast list of my clients customers, allowing the successful applicant to constantly work with the newest ERP technology available on the Market. As part of this role, you will be engaging in the Support of end user's as well as work within the wider business, including stakeholders at C level to help deliver on a number of exciting projects.

This is a salaried position which is paying up to £35,000 dependent on experience. Applications from professionals at a more junior level are welcomed as my client are more than happy to provide more junior candidates with the option and support of training and development which will help them grow into senior level professionals.

It is also worth noting that my client invest heavily into their IT staff, with a number of previous applicants now moving on to now assisting in the project management of various implementations.

Skills required:

* Experience of MS Dynamics NAV (Ideally NAV 2009+)

* Experience of 1st-2nd Line support in NAV

* Developed experience of working in an internal customer/user facing role

* Outstanding communication skills as well as an excellent telephone manner.

* To be computer literate with Microsoft applications
