Data Loss Prevention and Unstructured Data Management Expert

Location: Staines - Mon - Fri 09:00am - 17:00pm

Duration: 3 months

Our client needs the ideal candidate to switch on alerting in their production environments. The perfect candidate needs to understand Data Loss Prevention and will be responsible for getting the service up and running, setting up directories to instructions and to make sure teams in other locations know what to do.

The role will involve:

* Performing transition from project into a run service. This will include creating the processes around how to handle and deal with the alerts that are generated.

* Performing due diligence on the alerts and the handling instructions.

* Establish trending / maturity for the alerts and feed back into a service improvement process and the clients team

* Ensure the small team, based across 2 locations, can pick up alerts and respond accordingly including meeting SLA's

* Whilst everything is baselined, be the primary contact for the client and project teams

* Proven in depth experience of setting up / designing Unstructured Data Management and DLP monitoring

* Be able to provide in depth knowledge of the above areas both from detection, resolution and prevention

* Strong personal and communication skills

* Experience with Symantec is mandatory

* Experience with Varonis and Office 365 Level 5 would be an advantageous
