| Technical Business Analyst | | Central Manchester | Permanent || £50,000 - £55,000 + Benefits | The CompanyMy Client are a well-established yet fast growing Fintech organisation that specialise in an innovative and market leading financial product - a mortgage lending platform. They are based in Central Manchester, and offer a competitive package and an opportunity to progress with your career at a crucial time where expansion is key to them. The RoleMy Client are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in delivering large financial products/systems on time and to an exceptional standard. The ideal candidate will have worked in a Financial company, operating as a product owner with experience working in an Agile environment. You will be liaising with both onshore and offshore development teams that equate to around 40 in total. Essential Requirements 

'€¢Previous commercial Senior Business Analysis experience.'€¢Rigorous analysis of business & technical requirements and defect reports to provide design documentation (either Functional Specifications or User Stories) and guidance for development and QA.'€¢End-to-end software development lifecycle.'€¢Systems and solutions used by mortgages / lending or any retail bank experience.'€¢Providing analysis input to application support in a customer facing role.'€¢The successful candidate will be flexible and adaptable.'€¢Will have excellent inter-personal and communications skills capable of exploring and articulating complex concepts across the various stakeholders of the project.'€¢The Business Analyst must be aware of the Backlog for their business areas and their impact across multiple products. The Business Analyst must understand the links between related product streams and business functions, seeking guidance from the Product Head Desirable'€¢Capturing Requirements'€¢Financial services / Lending experience'€¢Ability to understand and interpret the needs of customers producing clear and detailed requirements documentation.'€¢Experience of System and/or User Acceptance Testing.
