CRM Data Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced CRM Data Manager to join a leading Christian organisation based near Chigwell Essex. This leading organisation are going through a sustained period of growth and change who are currently investing heavily in a new Donor Management system and are now looking to add a new CRM Data Manager to implement their new Donor System (ERP / CRM). The CRM Data Manager will play a pivotal role maintaining the Donor Management System as well as working on a number of vital donor care projects. It is an occupational requirement for the new CRM Data Manager to be a practicing Christian in order to work for this organisation.
As the CRM Data Manager you will have knowledge of any CRM or ERP system. You will also be a confident Excel and SQL user in order to take the lead on the implementation of the new Donor care systems. Skills required for the CRM Data Manager are-
- Experience working with any CRM or ERP system
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and Excel
- Good communication skills, written and verbal to interact with the charities stakeholders
