Senior Support Engineer (World Leading FinTech)

£55-£70K + excellent bonus + benefits

Senior Support Engineer (trading, FIX, Unix) - a Senior Support Engineer is required to come on board and make an immediate impact building and improving the global support function for a brand-new multi-asset trading platform. This is the latest platform to be rolled out by this leading FinTech company looking to further dominate their share in the EMS market. The Senior Support Engineer will play a huge part in this by adding innovative ideas and having a say in the support processes.

The Senior Support Engineer will have exposure to:

* Scale the current support function for European trading, but also working closely with US and Asia offices to make sure they are up to speed with client expectations and processes

* Frequent high-profile client liaison dealing with day-to-day issues and understanding their needs

* Provide ideas to improve the support processes and assist clients getting up to speed with the platforms

* Building on and expanding technical knowledge with FIX or Unix

* Having ownership over client issues and a passion for delivering high-quality service
