The Sales Executive ideally would have SaaS/Software sales experience and must possess the drive to excel in customer satisfaction and new business sales. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong relationship building skills, ability to demonstrate value to customers, the curiosity and analytical skills to understand why customers need our solutions and work with cross functional teams to create great outcomes for our customers.

Compensation for this role: £50,000.00 - £80,000.00 basic (depending on experience) + £50,000.00 on-target -commission
Proactively seek new business opportunities & generate leads
Prospect lead follow-up and qualification
Conducting software demonstrations in conjunction with our technical team
Producing quotations and illustrating the value of our solutions
Negotiating and closing
Achieving quota and forecasting accurately
Participate in team meetings and projects to improve processes & sales output
Actively develop the skills required to close new businesses independently
Monitor and review personal performance against agreed sales plans and KPIs, taking prompt and appropriate action to correct any shortfalls in performance
Proven experience of winning new customers through identifying new prospects, initiating contact and gaining new business
Must be able to demonstrate a successful track record in achieving sales and financial targets
Well developed negotiation skills, commercial acumen and awareness
Good communication and interpersonal skills
You must be able to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the UK and for Absorb Technology Ltd.
