Role: Administrator

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Livingston

Duration: 3 months

To Provide Administration Office Support to key Stakeholders within the department. This resource will be key to the team as they will also be picking up additional support tasks for the whole team as the team headcount has increased.

* Budget tracking and reporting of projects across the department

* Creating Monthly resourcing reports to review for management

* Compile weekly reports received from line managers and technical managers

* Raising and receipting purchase/invoice requisitions in Ariba system

· Support the team with management of onboarding, off boarding and tracking training expenditure

· Support dairy management for the Head of Department

* Updating and maintaining various internal documents i.e. new starter pack, org charts, holiday trackers

* Facilitate internal processes for hiring, exceptions for project resources, new starters, leavers, etc.

* Organise RAID project calls, produce meeting minutes and track actions

* Organise weekly team meeting and offsite department conferences

Candidates must be:

* Proficient with the Microsoft package (Word, Excel, Email)

· A confident communicator

* Comfortable with stakeholder management
