My client is looking for a Acute Contracts Manager who has experience in contracts and financial planning, must have previous experience in NHS Acute Contracts and knowledge or experience in finance, PBR and QIPP.

The post holder will lead the CCG Acute Finance and Contract Governance Team on a day to day basis to ensure that work streams and programmes are planned and carried out effectively.

The post holder will lead on contract management with all providers/contracts for the CCG. Additionally, providing operational leadership to the Foundation Trust contract.

The post holder will lead on the planning of CCG finance and activity baselines in Acute and Independent sector provider contracts and to calculate timely impact assessments following the publication of Planning and National Tariff guidance, to support the re-negotiation of activities; volumes; targets; within the CCGs financial allocation and to make recommendations for changes, cuts and reductions where appropriate.

Lead and develop the contracting governance framework and supporting business processes and play a key role in contract negotiations with provider organisations
