Brand new opportunity to work with a global supplier of highly technical and sophisticated technology providing solutions for performance, safety and enjoyment.

We are looking for innovative, creative and hardworking candidates who are up for a new challenge!

This is a Linux Platform Software Development position and you will be responsible for developing components of Embedded Linux Operating Systems for bespoke hardware.

You will be confident, robust and creative.

Development will be in C++, C and a variety of scripting languages and will involve working closely with and multidisciplinary design team.

Skills and Requirements:

* 5+ years in developing for Linux OS, preferably on Embedded Systems

* 5+ years developing in C or C++ and Bash/ ash shell scripting

* Strong experience of low level (kernel) debugging

* Good understanding of Electronic Hardware Design

* Strong Leadership skills

* Embedded Linux
