MS Dynamics NAV - Third Line Support Consultant / £35,000 - £40,000

A Global Leader in Microsoft Dynamics based in Manchester is recruiting for a Third Line Support Consultant which would be office based to spearhead one of the key work streams within their Global Microsoft Dynamics programme.

You would specialise in the implementation, integration and maintenance of sector specific ERP and CRM business management solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

As a Microsoft Gold Partner, solutions for professional services, manufacturing, distribution, and holiday park organisations in addition to innovative software for e-commerce and mobility that integrates with business management solutions.

The main aim of this role is to support consultants within the business of Microsoft Dynamics that will impact over 300,000 workers across the globe. This represents a huge opportunity for any forward thinking Third Line Support Consultant looking to progress within their career.

The Third Line Support Consultant will ideally have the following skills:

* Energy and drive to achieve desired results

* Knowledge of ITIL/ISO20000 best practices

* Knowledge of ISO 27000 best practices

* Excellent Technical skills - including: VMware ESX, Storage (NetApp), multiple flavours of UNIX/Linux, Windows Server, TCP/IP and General Networking, Load Balancing.

* Strong interpersonal, communication, organisation and follow-through skills

* The ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner and listen attentively to others in providing instructions

* The ability to adapt and influence in a rapidly changing environment

* Understanding and managing our customers' expectations

* Proactively tackling customer problems

* The successfully support of complex technical solutions
