SQL Database Administrator - Maidenhead

A reputable company based in Maidenhead are seeking a skilled SQL DBA with some cloud exposure to join their team as they migrate their on-premises SQL Server solution onto MS Azure.

They are looking for someone with ideally experience in a mixture of both production and development roles, but there isn't a particular need for one or other. You'll be working with a recently developed SQL Server 2014/2016 estate, including a sizeable enterprise Data Warehouse. The main focus will be on a long-term project to migrate this solution onto MS Azure, utilising PaaS/SaaS.

Key skills include:

* Experience in working with SSRS/SSIS/SSAS and ideally a form of cloud (AWS/Azure)

* Experience of performance tuning, DR and HA technologies

* Experience in creating custom SQL Scripts

This is a Permanent role, offering a starting salary of up to £50,000, in addition to bonus and an excellent benefits package.

To discuss this and other exciting Microsoft SQL Server and Azure opportunities in more detail please send your CV to [email protected] or call Jose Newby on 0191 338 7552 in complete confidence ASAP.
