About the role
As a Senior Analyst, you will work within a dedicated team to provide support and development expertise on applications hosted on Office 365, specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (online) CRM. The Senior Analyst will act as the first point of contact for all Dynamics 365 related support and queries.
The role is responsible for configuring and supporting CRM, releasing changes to the production platform, and supporting integrations with other systems such as SharePoint, Office 365, Dot Mailer, Identity Access Management Systems, and Student Information Systems.
The post holder will have significant experience of supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (online) in a busy integrated systems environment. You will also have demonstrable experience of full software lifecycle from requirements to testing and deployment to production. Any development experience will be advantageous as will exposure to supporting other applications.
