We are currently recruiting a Network Analyst on behalf of our Peterborough based client. As a Network Analyst you will be responsible for providing support across the business enterprise This will include configuring and troubleshooting the data centres core networks all local and wide area network connections. Responsible for BAU break/fix incident resolution and the provision of service requests across the infrastructure estateWe are particularly keen to speak with candidates who have skills and experience in the following:
· Knowledge of network systems, protocols, and standards such as Ethernet, WiFi, LAN, WAN, frame relay, xDSL, TCP/IP, ATM, T1, 80211x
· In-depth knowledge of network management and analysis tools
· Experience working in a switched and routed environment
· Hardware, software, and network connection troubleshooting experience
· Working technical knowledge of current network hardware
· Skilled at configuring switches, routers etc.
· Knowledge of Nokia Checkpoint firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other network security measures
· Knowledge of VOIP
· Knowledge of Riverbed
· Knowledge of Avaya
· Cisco CCNA
· Checkpoint
· ITIL v3 Foundation
