A Marketing Cloud Solution Architect, will help set-up, configure, and customize Salesforce's Marketing Cloud (SFMC). As a technical leader on our team you be a critical part of the company's initiative to deploy world-class technologies, enhance our marketing capabilities, and optimize marketing investments.

You will help deliver tools to drive revenue growth through personalized marketing content, act on customer insights and behaviours, and enable faster development of new capabilities. We will count on your to make complex technical recommendations, validate technical design, and oversee delivery of technical work packages.

Requirements:

* At least 7 years of technical development experience (Java, .NET, or similar)

* At least 3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) architectural experience

* Experience configuring SFMC workflows, dashboards, profiles, and reports

* Proficiency in Lightning UI, Salesforce Community Cloud, DMP, Journey Builder, and Email Studio

* Experience with AMPscript coding and email development services

* Experience with SFMC performance turning

* eCommerce or Retail systems experience

* Participation in multiple full-lifecycle systems implementations & at least one SFMC implementation

* Self-motivated with the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
