Software Developer London to £80k

Software Developer / Polyglot Engineer (Python Golang Go Java Cloud AWS Azure). Exciting smart home start-up enabling controlled home access is seeking an experienced Software Developer to join their growing and dedicated team of engineers. This role will suit a flexible and experienced Software Developer who is able to easily transition and learn new languages whilst working collaboratively with some of the best engineers in the industry.

As a Software Developer you will be working on the backend of the company's smart home product, designing quality, testable code and translating this into high performance software. You will be given a number of interesting and technically challenging problems to work on, creating solutions for a brand new market. This is an excellent opportunity to make an impact as a Software Developer as you will be able to influence the choice of technology and how the company's product evolves.

Requirements:

*Must have experience of two of the following: Python, Go, Java

*Cloud experience (AWS, Azure)

*Understanding of Object Orientated programming

*Passionate about writing clean, efficient code

*Flexible and able to learn new languages

*Excellent communication skills

*Desirable: RESTful API, MVC, Web Services, Cloud, Azure, AWS
