Software Engineer - Functional Programming

You will be a Software Engineer with a strong interest in Functional Programming, joining a well established company in Cambridge. You will be working with open source code in an agile environment. The majority of the programming will be done in the functional language, OCaml.

This would be suited to an experienced Software Engineer who has experience with any functional language. You do not need to have used this in your previous job but should at least have demonstrable knowledge and a keen interest in this type of work.

You may have:

*Experience as a Software Engineer using any programming language

*Experience/Knowledge of functional languages e.g. OCaml, Haskell, Scala, F#, ML

*knowledge of Unix/Linux

*Experience of the full development cycle
