We’re expanding our Business Change Consultant team and are looking to add an experienced individual with people led technology change management experience.

Our digital transformation consultants are turning teams into collaborative power-houses using the full power of Microsoft Cloud and Office 365 so people can work anywhere, learn anytime, share and co-author documents with colleagues in real time and collaborate with each other and customers across the world.

Adopting new technology and working practices does not come easy to many organisations. Our consultants guide people-led workplace transformations using Microsoft technology that accelerates productivity and improves community and communication, unleashing new heights of job satisfaction for workers, award winning employee engagement and tremendous business impact.

We’re working with clients in Media, Retail, Financial Services, Construction, Utilities and Transport.

Our workplace transformation projects include:

+ Driving NHS efficiencies through innovative collaborative documentation programmes

+ Bringing workplace mobility to a world-class infrastructure company

+ Award winning team communications technology & engagement for staff in a telecommunications company

+ Rolling out digital identities and secure mobile access for field workers in construction and property management businesses

+ Supporting team collaboration in a global facilities management company by moving project workloads into the cloud

+ Using cloud to free the IT department from legacy application maintenance to support bigger business change initiatives for airlines

A great role for you if you have in-depth knowledge of the following:

Microsoft Office 365 | Sharepoint | Azure | Social Enterprise Strategy | Change Programmes

Plus prior multiple programme experience of:

+ IT strategy & operations, people-led change initiatives in technology adoption

+ Business intelligence, analysis & process improvement project delivery

+ Change management, project definition, user adoption planning & delivery

+ Stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, communication planning & employee engagement

+ Governance, reporting & analysis

Onsite meet ups follow where you get to show us what you are great at and talk about what change programmes you’ve worked on.

Salary & Benefits:

+ Basic Salary Circa £60,000 - £80,000
