Business Process Analyst - E2E process mapping, Digital Customer Journeys, Financial Services, Stakeholder Management

Location: Central London

We are actively looking to secure an experienced Business Process Analyst to join Experis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver end to end robust Process Mapping of all capabilities on the Digital Channels including Mobile Banking, Online Banking including Inputs and Outputs from Supporting Business Units/Organisations [working with Digital Subject Matter Experts]

* Identify risks and controls in each end to end process journeys, including existing controls, key controls, control gaps [both automated and manual] and identification of control opportunities

* Deliver data flows in all end to end processes working with Technology and Digital to identify key data/system sources

* Deliver alignment of all risks to the Enterprise Risk Management Principle Risks

* Work with the Controls Team to integrate Risk and Control findings into Digital RCSA and CMRA Frameworks

* Alignment of Processes/Risks and Controls to key regulatory mandates ie EPrivacy/GDPR etc

* Document all Level 4 Controls for all Digital Processes End to End

* Effective Engagement with Technology /Control IT/Control Team and Digital Subject Matter Experts to present findings, analyse and consolidate Key Controls for the Control Automation Delivery

* Effective Planning, Scoping, Design and Implementation of the Digital Control Automation Dashboard within tight timelines

* Ongoing Presentation to Senior Leaders in Digital on progress against plan

Essential Skills and Experience:

* Experienced in process / business analysis and related use of these methodologies and tools in an operational environment

* Process Reengineering / Continuous Improvement experience (awareness of Lean/Six Sigma required, ideal qualifications up to Lean Competency system 1b/c or equiv)

* Experience / Understanding of governance, risk management, controls and compliance requirements are considered

* Experience in planning / scheduling

* Skills in the use of documentation, planning and presentation software tools e.g. Advanced MS Office, Sharepoint, Visio skills

* Well organized with excellent time management, workshop facilitation skills, ability to work in a pressurized environment

Desirable Skills:

* Understanding and or awareness of Digital Technologies

* Formalised Project Management skills e.g. Prince etc advantageous

* Understanding of FCA guidelines, Conduct Risk and related regulations
