Finance Manager - Planning and Analysis

I am recruiting a Finance Manager for a globally leading asset manager based in the City of London. Client is looking for a an experienced Financial Accountant to be part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team having been restructured to support the business through continued growth. The teams crucial role is to deliver management information, analysis, planning and forecasting for my client.

You will;

* Contribute to the FP&A team

* Provide assistance with driving change and improvement in the team, thinking proactively to pre-empt questions and user requirements to add value

* Produce supporting analysis and develop analysis of market movements to aid understanding of market drivers and create variance analysis

* Be the lead on monthly assets and flows reporting

* Advise on major business initiatives

* Aid with improvements to the production of monthly management information

* Owning risks to the business and facilitating controls processes

The successful candidate will have;

* An Accounting qualification, ACA, ACCA, CIMA

* Excellent Excel ability, including robust modelling skills

* FP&A experience, ideally within the asset management industry

* Experience of an annual planning process
