Application Support Engineer - MS Dynamics CRM / D365 - Tingley

I am currently working with a partner who have teamed up with a local organisation and secured one of the most exciting projects in Yorkshire. My client are recognised across the UK for the quality of service in which they provide to all of their clients as well as the opportunity in which they provide to their employees for development.

Although this role is for a Partner, the successful applicant will not be required to travel and their only focus is to help in terms of delivery for this project. Upon successful delivery for this role, the applicant will then be given the opportunity to really take ownership of this project by becoming the go to point of contact for Dynamics CRM/D365 within the organisation.

This is a salaried position paying up to £33,000 with 5% flexi benefits. Successful applicants will be able to use this as a additional salary if they wish to do so. You can also expect training and certifications across not just Dynamics CRM/D365 but also other associated technologies.

I am looking for the following experiences...

- Experience of working within a support role

- Familiarity with use of IT Service Management tools for incident management

- MS Dynamics D365 is advantageous

- MS Dynamics CRM is preferred but will also consider other CRM systems

- MS Office experience

- Understanding of Windows Server operating Systems
