PMO Analyst/Manager

Spring Technology's client, a public sector organisation, are currently looking to recruit a PMO Analyst/Manager for an initial 6 month contract on a rate of £200-250/day based in Edinburgh.

Responsibilities:

* ?Assist Programme Manager and Project Managers with Programme and Project planning.

* Integrate the Financial, Planning, and Control processes.

* Work with the Project Managers controlling the change management process for all project variations (i.e. changes to project scope, timescales and budgets).

* Ensure compliance with project management standards.

* Assist in the preparation of presentations.

* Provide ad hoc analysis and reports for senior management.

* Manage and update all Programme Documentation.

* Maintain key PMO documentation including: risk register, issue register, project reporting package, programme templates.

* Provide Quality Assurance for all Project and Programme products

* Be responsible for assigning and prioritising work packages to PMO staff.

Requirements:

* Experience in running busy PMOs on major programmes.

* Strong administrative skills.

* Good eye for detail and quality.

* Strong engagement skills.

* Prince 2 foundation.

* Public sector experience is highly advantageous.
