Service Level Manager - International Role - Huge Project

A Client of ours are opening their doors for a Service Level Manager to join their growing team as soon as possible.

This will be based in a quiet and friendly town with an amazing culture and architecture where you will get the chance to explore as well as build on your career.

With this being a huge project they require someone that is dedicated and will be able to work with the Global account management team and customers to work efficiently to improve the overall relationships with customers.

Experience with meeting the service line point of contacts to review updates on SLA operation, cost and measurements on service delivery controls will be beneficial as this will be one of the main aspects of this role.

Essential Requirements:

* Security Clearance

* ITIL v3

* Excellent communication skills
