Technology Project Manager - HR Systems, Peoplesoft, System Integration experience

We are actively looking to secure an experienced, hands on Technology Project Manager to join Experis.

Team Overview

As a Technology Project Manager, you will have direct responsibility and accountability for the delivery of multiple projects from inception through to the successful operational running of the agreed deliverable, either within one programme or multiple projects. The Technology Project Manager will need to deliver these to agreed time, cost and quality measure.

Role Responsibilities:

* Make sure the technology, functional, change and System Integration plans are all in place, aligned and that all inter-dependencies are actively managed in detail.

* Manage the System integration

* Managing risks and issues at the appropriate level and taking corrective measurements

* Defining and managing project budgets and resource plans

* Programme status reporting prepared for a variety of audiences

* Establishing effective project governance

* Producing accurate and timely status reports

* Resolving conflict

* Ensuring decisions are made or escalated.

Job Purpose/Key Responsibilities

* Proven track record and demonstrable experience of managing System Integration's

* Preferably experience delivering a PeopleSoft upgrade

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface at all levels. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

* Strong people leadership skills

* Hands on project management experience delivering Technology projects
