Would you like to be a Test Team Leader, working within an established and innovative worldwide business in Somerset?

Due to good company performance we are recruiting for Testing Team Lead, a position which the business hasn't recruited before.

You will be joining the Product Assurance Team, with your role defining and driving the test strategy, environmental testing, product testing (rigorously testing hardware and software elements), product verification, concept, design and implementation, documentation, analysis and approval of all products, ensuring they meet all requirements and are truly "fit-for-purpose".

The role is independent from, but requires close cooperation with, the Software Development Team.

The following skills are required. However, the company will not expect you to have outstanding experience within each category, and will help to provide daily support in areas of;

* Experience of Hardware & Software Testing.

* Knowledge of Environmental Testing (Knowing your customers and how products will be used in the field.

* Knowledge of Automation Testing.

* Experienced within product development cycles.

* Capable of writing technical standard documents.
