Project Manager (Nuclear)

Preston

12 - 18 Month Contract

£30.00hr - £32.00hr (Umbrella / Ltd Co)

Monday - Friday (Days)

Are you a Project Manager from an Nuclear background with prior experience managing teams of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers looking for an immediately available, days based long term contract role?

The company are a major contractor and project manager who specialise in some exciting industry fields and challenging sectors.

The ideal candidate should come from an Nuclear background and have experience of leading a team consisting of mechanical and electrical engineers & trades-people in delivering numerous projects in a safe, timely and efficient manner.

You will also be responsible for preparing progress reports, liaising with the Planner and updating the Programmes, attending regular Progress Meetings with the client team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager who comes from an Nuclear background looking to enjoy a long term contract.

The Role:

*Produce the relevant Project documentation (including but not limited to Early Warnings, Compensation Events, Project Managers Instructions, RAMS, H&S Plans etc.)

*Preparation and submission of Bid Documentation working closely with the Estimating Dept.

*Agree weekly/Monthly removal / Installation targets for all areas.

The Person:

*Have a good working knowledge of current Health and Safety Regulations and Procedures.

*Prior Project Management experience and prior experience managing teams of Mechanical & Electrical Engineers

*Wanting an immediately available 18 month contract role
