We are currently looking for an E2E technical delivery manager for our client

Location: Newbury / Paddington

Start: 26 November 2018

Duration: 3 month roll-over Contracts (extension option)

Tasks:

- Manage the delivery end to end of hosted infrastructure and environments from

request through to deployment.

- To be responsible for the delivery using agile and more formal techniques as

appropriate.

- To own the day to day operational workflow for the delivery of services and solutions

- To establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.

- Ensure technical and functional implications of project deployment/integrations are

fully understood. This will include technical, operational departments as well as third

parties.

- To be responsible for administration and the production of documentation, e.g. project

plans, progress reports and to ensure that deliverables are reflective of the relevant

environment system documentation.

- To monitor and manage the project processes and ensure that any elements which fail

in the workflow are remedied.

- To anticipate, manage and resolve issues and act as the point of contact for the

customer within client.

Deliverables:

1. Monitor and review programs and projects to ensure delivery to the agreed standards

of quality, cost, risk and time.

2. Engage and manage relevant stakeholders, helping to resolve issues and

understanding drivers/needs.

3. Drive governance across the department ensuring projects adhere to the framework

and governance gateways.

4. Analyze all information on the project and be able to identify key and future issue

5. Ensure key project documentation is in place.

Skills:

- Knowledge and experience of project planning processes, techniques, and

methodology; experience with portfolio/project management in a multi-disciplined and

commercial environment

- Deep End-to-End delivery Management experience

- Strong stakeholder mgmt and interpersonal skills

- Deep knowledge in Risk management

- Experience around Product Management

- Good knowledge around new topics such as IOT, Smart Home etc

- nice-2-have: Telecommunication background
