A brand new and exciting role has arisen for an Application Support Analyst working for a leading financial software provider based in Letchworth, Hertfordshire. We are looking for an Application Support Analyst with experience working with a financial system on a day-to-day basis (such as Oracle Financials, SAP, Agresso).

As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for logging all issues raised by clients, understanding the problems and providing a solution where possible, diagnosing root cause analysis and correcting data via SQL scripts.

Skills required for the Application Support Analyst (Financial Systems):

* Experience working with financial systems on a day-to-day basis

* Exposure to Oracle based products

* Experience working with SQL Server is desirable

* Good understanding of Windows operating systems

* Excellent proven analytical skills

* Excellent communicational skills
