Trade Support Analyst - A highly successful London FinTech company is seeking a Trade Support Analyst to join their growing support team. The Trade Support Analyst will have the opportunity to work across their complete product catalogue from bespoke trade analytics platforms to their flagship multi-asset platform used by high-profile investment banks and hedge funds.

You, as the Trade Support Analyst, will be the primary point of contact for the clients using their systems, assisting them with their day-to-day functions in time critical scenarios.

The Trade Support Analyst will be exposed to:

* Regular support functionalities - providing technical solutions and business knowledge to solve client issues.

* Sharing knowledge of all systems, assisting clients with getting set up and supporting themselves.

* Taking ownership of real-time problems, elevating to next-level support when required.

* Building good client relationships, understanding their needs and managing expectations.

This is a great opportunity for a Trade Support Analyst to build on existing support experience whilst learning the workings of new trading platforms within a variety of asset classes including Equities, FX, Futures, FI and Options. The Trade Support Analyst will be joining a talented, enthusiastic team working in attractive, relaxed offices in the heart of London.
