I am currently recruiting for a Data Engineer to work in Leeds, for a 6 month contract. This opportunity will provide exposure to the AWS stack as well as working with big data tools, an outline of the role is below;

- AWS Stack (EC2, S3, EMR)

- Exposure to either Hortonworks/Cloudera/EMR Hadoop platforms

- Experience on Big data tools such as; Spark, Hive, Impala

- Python/Java/Scala

-Data Warehousing/ pipelines design and development

-Work within an Agile environment with small scrums

-implement your ideas and introduce new and exciting technologies.
