eCommerce Executive

We are actively looking to secure an eCommerce Executive to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Job Purpose/Key Responsibilities

The eCommerce Executive will support the wider eCommerce team with the day-to-day support of the on-site activity on the eCommerce site.

You will think of new and exciting ways to showcase the products and content to help create a seamless, engaging and highly converting website. More specifically you will:

* Support the eCommerce team to manage day-to-day site activity, planned product launches, offers and promotions.

* You will be responsible for optimising the website. We want you to come up with plans / new ideas to make the Customer experience better!

* Reporting analytics and measuring performances of campaigns

* Effectively maintain a content calendar, to ensure they showcase the most engaging and relevant content to drive consideration and conversion.

* Build optimised landing pages and bespoke online journeys via the CMS (Content Management System) to support marketing campaigns and trading initiatives

* Work with the wider eCommerce team to develop creative briefs for site content, ensuring they adhere to their principles.

* Collaborate with the Optimisation team to identify, prioritise and develop both experiments and personalisation campaigns that allow them to continually optimise the site.

* Support product and proposition changes, creating plans, delivering site-wide updates and adhering to tight deadlines.

* Conduct reporting duties to identify actionable insights and report back to stakeholders.

Key Skill Set & Experience:

* It would be ideal if you have experience using a CMS (Content Management System)

* You have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to simultaneously deliver a number of projects at the same time.

* You are results driven and thrive in a fast paced environment with ambitious growth plans and targets

* You have excellent analytical skills

* You are a proactive self-starter with strong bias for action.
