Technical Customer Support Engineer - to £30K

North West London

An exciting new opportunity has arisen with this data storage company. They are looking to recruit a Technical Customer Support Engineer to join the team at there Middlesex office.

The Technical Customer Support Engineer will cover 1st and 2nd line support to their customers, post sales and distribution of their hand-held devices.

Role Overview

As the Technical Customer Support Engineer, you will be tasked with delivering support to end-users both within the office and remote support. Utilize various systems to track, document, investigate and ultimately resolve product and technical inquiries. Liaise closely with research and development, sales and management teams were necessary. Escalate queries and requests as appropriate and assist with pre and post-sales predicts inquiries.

You will be also tasked with keeping documentation, such as frequently asked questions, technical tips and best practices to assist and enhance delivery to the customers.

Salary: to £30K + Benefits
