Dynamics AX Support Analyst

Job description

Active requirement for an AX Support Analyst- amazing opportunity with a leading MS Gold Partner client, with strengths in providing innovative ERP solutions, and with a great reputation within the market! This is an office based role, located in Dublin.

The ideal candidate will have:

*Preferable Dynamics AX experience (2012 / 365)

*Previous experience in 1st and 2nd line support

*Requirements gathering from both functional and technical teams and identifying solutions

*Experience of the full application lifecycle through requirements gathering, development, testing, implementation and support

*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both face to face and remotely

*Enthusiastic and positive attitude with an aptitude for learning new skills

The position offers:

*A great base salary of up to EUR45k (dependant on level of experience)

*Career progression - opportunitiy of progressing into a Functional Consultant role after 1 year

*25 days holiday
