My client based in Leeds is seeking a Service Analyst to work an initial 6 Month contract based in the City Centre.

As the Service Analyst you will be working on a programme that will deliver first class ICT Services to an identified group of consuming organisations and its communities of circa 12,250 end users.

Service Analyst Requirements:

1.Analyse information provided by the incumbent supplier to create a CI to service line mapping

2.Develop and deliver an agreed Service Portfolio Baseline

3.Develop, agree and deliver a proposed Service Transition Approach

4.Work with the incumbent supplier to analyse and collate information to produce an up to date CMDB

5. ITIL Certified

6. Exposure to Incident Management
