Overall management for delivery of IT Support services to the internal business

Management of IT Support teams:

(Helpdesk / Server Support / Data Centre / Desktop / Networking / Telecoms)

Strategy planning

Budget management.

Disaster recovery planning

IT operational security

Act as deputy to Head of IT

Mentor teams / Team Leads in the various support functions.

ITIL / technical certifications helpful

Project management

Technical set-up includes Microsoft Windows / MsExchange / SQL Server / SharePoint / Cisco technologies.
