*Preparing monthly management accounts for my clients Europe Limited including:

*Preparation for audit and liaising with auditors during annual audit

*Raising sales invoices on NetSuite

*Overseeing credit control

*Overseeing purchase ledger

*Assist with supplier setup & invoice queries from customers

*Submit weekly payment runs in GBP, EUR & USD

*Manage bank payments, direct debits and foreign currency transfers

*Commission calculations including commission accruals & prepayments

*Balance sheet reconciliations

*Managing and coordinating reporting, budget and reforecast processes

*Monitoring cash flow and cash flow forecasting

*Processing and submitting VAT Returns & EC Sales Lists to HMRC

*Monthly PAYE payments

*Company Secretary duties

*Finance onboarding sessions for new starters

*Submit Office of National Statistics data

*Submit monthly pension submissions

*Attend quarterly meetings with bank relationship manager

*Attend weekly management meetings including reporting monthly numbers to the management team

*Assist with payroll and expenses queries from employees

*Overseeing French, Greece & Netherlands Payroll, including making payroll payments to employees & sending out pay slips

*Submit monthly payroll amendments to Payroll manager for UK Payroll

*Manage two Accounts Assistants including monthly check-ins with progress reviews and monitoring goals

*Ensuring the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations, including statutory accounting and tax issues.

The Qualifications:

*Has used NetSuite before or similar software?

*5+ years' experience

*Qualified Accounts CIMA, ACCA, ACA

*Proficient in Microsoft Excel

*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

*Experience of managing a team

*Have the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality output in a fast paced rapidly changing environment.
