Project Manager - ePOS

This is a new role for a Project Manager with proven experience of delivering ePOS or payment related projects. Based in Luton, Bedfordshire with a global FTSE 100 organisation, the Project Manager will lead in the improvement and continued support of this business-critical part of the organisation, during an exciting time of continued expansion and change.

This role will involve working on a high-profile project to implement a large number of ePOS (Electronic Point of Sales) systems, whilst working in a fast-paced Agile environment. This in an end-to-end position that will require analysis of current ePOS systems, analysing the market to engage with new suppliers and vendors, through to implementation.

Further responsibilities for the Project Manager:

* Take ownership of and coordinate activity across all critical programmes.

* Take the lead through the defined Solution Delivery Process (SDP), including the initiation, design, build, test, implementation and warranty.

* Report on the status of all related activities, whilst defining the quality and success criteria.

* Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and vendors.

* Manage the full end to end process from start to finish, including initial analysis and supplier selection.

Skills and experience needed for the Project Manager:

* Experience within a similar role, across the full end to end systems lifecycle.

* Demonstrable experience delivering ePOS / payment related projects within a large-scale environment is essential

* Expert Electronics Point of Sales knowledge.

* Agile delivery focus and experience

* Outstanding relationship building skills.
